Swimming Rama
I stepped my game up in the kitchen tonight and recreated my favorite thai dish - Swimming Rama. It's a simple dish, chicken in peanut sauce with spinach layered over rice. Including prep time the dish takes about 45 mins to make, which is more kitchen time than I like to spend when cooking for just myself but pop in Aladdin and recite the lines as you go, you should be out of the kitchen and in front of the TV just in time to sing 'A Whole New World' to your Swimming Rama.
