I live Venice, CA but the happenings in my home state trickle down to me thanks to my friends in the 206'ness. It's no secret that the hip hop scene has steadily been growing up there but I didn't know it they had it like this...

To be honest I haven't heard of half the groups featured on imeem's Northwest Hip-hop profile (26 track sampler) but of the few that I did recognize, Blue Scholars is at the top of my list.
